Fatigue is one of the most common presentations that I see in my female endurance clients. It inhibits training, enjoyment, performance and daily activities. I am super passionate about helping my athletes improve their energy and performance.

Any female endurance athlete (recreational or serious) including triathletes, cyclists, swimmers and distance runners.

Non-endurance athletes and male athletes are welcome. Many principles in solving fatigue will be applicable to you. My webinar will also focus on female specific considerations.

About the Presenter

Hi, I’m Jessica

I am a degree qualified naturopath with a passion for working with endurance athletes.

I help athletes improve their performance and enjoyment in sport by optimising their sports nutrition. I also work with clients to investigate and resolve their chronic health problems such a fatigue. 

I provide Women specific nutritional advice and also work with female athletes to balance their hormones if they are experiencing issues such as:

  • Iron deficiency
  • Heavy or painful periods
  • Bloating
  • Weight gain
  • PMS
  • Fatigue
  • Menopause
